Social Media

Since I started my year-long internship as a social media coordinator for The Arizona Republic, a branch of USA Today, in 2023, I have learned Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I helped run the paper's Instagram, TikTok, and X accounts. I produced and distributed videos, stories, reels and carousel posts.

I also designed logos and ran social media accounts for radio shows that I hosted in college.

As part of the social media desk, I covered a range of events from the 2024 election, political debates, March Madness, concerts, pride parades and more.

I worked hard to increase viewership for The Republic and help share critical information.
